About the Role As a Receptionist you will inspire happiness in the community through excellence in customer service while providing emotional support and assistance for the residents.
What You’ll Do As a member of our team you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:
Respond to requests for information from visitors, residents, and staff.
Answer multi-line telephone including taking and relaying messages.
Provide information and directions to residents and/or visitors.
Perform general typing and other secretarial tasks for staff.
Handle out-going mail on a daily basis.
Maintain professional work habits to include appropriate punctuality, appropriate manner and language and positive attitude and demeanor in interactions with residents, co-workers and the community.
Perform general office or clerical duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications In addition to the amazing qualifications and experiences listed above, if we had our say, we would also look for:
High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)
Prior experience in customer service
