BUCK is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to join our creative technology team. Senior Unity Developers will help bring our Unity driven experiences to life that are ranging from games, VR, AR and XR productions. Candidates should have a strong software background and experience with the creation and maintenance of complex systems. They will work with fellow developers, designers, creatives and producers to estimate, plan and execute internal and external projects, take on ownership of features from prototype to production and manage and inform architecture decisions on an ongoing basis. Ideal candidates will have a dynamic personality well suited for leading our growing group of real time driven artists and developers.

Qualifications:
6+ years of Unity and C# development
Shipped at least 15 Unity projects across a wide spectra of experiences (games, AR, VR, XR)
Ability mastering all sides of unity from inception to asset implementation and performance optimization
Deep understanding of 3D math, efficient data structures, graphics, and the Unity asset and build pipeline
Extensive experience with Git or similar source control systems
Passion for keeping up to date with the rapidly changing enhancements and features in Unity
Proficient in both debugging and profiling
Ability to respond positively to critique and iterate on feedback
Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills
Extensive knowledge with 3d software like Maya, Houdini, C4D, vfx workflows
Extensive knowledge with iOS and Android Development, Objective-C, Java, C++ or other programming languages.
You have robust experience with OpenGL and custom shader development
