About the Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our growth marketing efforts and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing lifecycle marketing initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to fuel growth. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

 

As our Director, Growth Marketing, you will focus on: 

  • Developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Owning and managing all aspects of paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leading the development and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, including email marketing, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other channels to maximize user retention and lifetime value.
  • Utilizing marketing analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
  • Managing marketing operations, including budget allocation, resource planning, vendor management, and performance tracking.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

 

About You:

Here are some skills, experiences and attributes that would make someone successful in this role:

  • 8+ years’ experience in growth marketing at fast growing SaaS technology companies, specifically with Product Lead Growth (PLG) products 
  • Deep expertise leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, TV, Video, Audio, Mobile, Affiliate, Partnerships, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficient revenue growth working in-house at a high-growth consumer brand
  • Experience leading and managing a team of 8+ 
  • You’re technical, analytical, and strategic; You know when to be data driven, while still generating creative and innovative ideas and solutions
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders
  • Ambitious, high energy, and persistent
  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate team’s productivity and performance
  • SaaS or no-code experience a big plus

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets, such as New York City, San Francisco, and Seattle. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $176,000 to $264,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
