Job Purpose:
BTIG is seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Analyst to help support the daily operations of the Capital Introduction team. This individual must be polished, enthusiastic and possess strong interpersonal and detail oriented skills. Flexibility, initiative and a drive to succeed are essential qualities for the position. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a hybrid role and requires individual to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment in which analysts assist in preparation and follow up
- Heavy phone and e-mail interaction with hedge fund clients, allocators, and internal contacts
- Prepare overview materials on individual hedge fund and investor firms
- Analyze data on the hedge fund industry and summarize key trends and themes by creating content that is distributed to global client base
- Assist in planning and execution of a range of client conferences and events
- Update internal Salesforce CRM for client and allocator data
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Series 7 & 63 licenses required within the first year
- Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing responsibilities, manage deadlines, and stay organized,
while conducting oneself with a strong sense of personal accountability - Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
Technical skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM is encouraged

Compensation:
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
