Job Purpose:
BTIG seeks a Vice President in FP&A who is responsible for partnering with senior members of the firm’s leadership team on a range of financial matters such as client profitability and analysis, client cross sell opportunities and client growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a finance department, preferably in the Financial Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all employees
- Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Compensation:
- BTIG offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
- The current estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus or overtime.
