Job Purpose:

BTIG is a global financial services firm specialising in institutional trading, investment banking and related brokerage services. The Compliance Department is a dynamic team who protect the firm and partner with Sales, Trading and Investment Banking, to grow the business safely. We are a business enabler, looking to automate and streamline processes whilst ensuring that regulatory and legal requirements are always adhered to.

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a tech savvy, detail orientated individual with a can-do attitude who is happy to conduct tasks diligently whilst assisting in our automation journey.
Key to the role will be looking after client lists, onboarding new clients, assisting with seamless transaction reporting, creating charts that enable data-led decision making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Conduct client onboarding
Review overnight sanctions hits
Review trade and transaction reporting
Control Room tasks, such as approving PA dealing, monitor G&E and logged conflicts
Create graphs and tables to present large data sets to senior management
Assist with the embedding of new technologies such as Power Automate and Power BI
Proficiency in excel and word
Financial services experience a plus
Proactive and self-motivated
Organised with a detail oriented mindset
Persistent with a "can do" attitude
Team oriented
