Summary:

An Associate Account Manager helps lead client assignments and deliver cutting-edge communication solutions to our clients. In this client-facing role, Associate Account Managers partner with Consulting colleagues to bring client deliverables from initial ideation to final completion. Associate Account Managers are responsible for liaising between clients, our creative team, vendors, and other bswift stakeholders, while managing the moving parts and complexities of assigned deliverable, ensuring timeliness and quality.
Associate Account Managers have the skillset and experience to manage multiple deliverables as part of larger client projects.

Responsibilities include:
Client management
• Resolving issues, implementing changes and collaborating with other bswift Engagement Agency account managers when needed to meet client objectives and company goals
• Collaborating with bswift colleagues (including the Consulting, Creative, Client Service and Implementation teams) to ensure coordination, visibility and knowledge share across bswift departments on behalf of the client; participate in client status calls and provide ongoing communication status updates
• Keeping documentation and records of client interactions
• Identifying ways to strengthen the client relationship and sharing ideas with Consulting lead

Project management:
• Serving as a day-to-day contact for clients to manage the workflow of deliverables
• In partnership with the MarComm Traffic Manager:
o Creating detailed schedules and setting deadlines for various stages of each deliverable
o Monitoring progress, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
• Utilizing our project management system, Monday.com, to create schedules and manage deliverables
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of communication materials according to client needs
• Liaising between clients, internal bswift teams and vendors
• Owning weekly client updates, providing progress updates and owning open items list
• Partnering with vendors to manage print and digital deliverables ensuring they are distributed correctly and on schedule
• Maintaining job files and ensuring all final files are posted to SharePoint

Content management:
• Marking up client deliverables with changes and coordinating with the creative team for updates
• Compiling client changes to documents and deliverables, ensuring edits are applied across all campaign pieces where appropriate

Required qualifications:
• Two to four years of experience in a formal project management role, preferably in employee communication
• Exceptional planning, project management, collaboration and coordination skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Excellent people and time-management skills with an eye for detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in workflow tools, such as Monday.com
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Advertising, or Journalism preferred
• Prior employee communication and project management experience
• Bonus if you have previous agency or consulting experience

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
