About Us:
As part of bswift’s Marketing and Communication team, we create compelling and impactful communications, education, and marketing content that drives results for our clients and business. Our team is passionate about storytelling and brand marketing, delivering innovative multi-channel campaigns tailored to the needs of our organization, clients, and their employees.

Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in supporting bswift’s marketing and communications initiatives. This individual will collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, animators, illustrators, sound designers, and writers to produce both print and digital collateral that elevates the bswift brand and delivers value to our clients.

This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects with efficiency, creativity, and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of collateral for bswift’s brand and client needs, including but not limited to:
    • PDF design
    • PowerPoint presentations
    • Social media graphics
    • Email templates
    • Print materials
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to develop visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience designing in a corporate setting is required.
  • Web design experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Advanced Mac user with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
