Our purpose is to help our clients play their role in the world more successfully. We help the leaders of the world’s great value-creating organizations operate successfully across the increasingly complex and fast-changing arenas of finance, politics and society at large.

Brunswick is one firm globally, operating as a single profit centre. This allows us to respond seamlessly and effectively to clients’ needs wherever they are in the world.

Background

Founded in London in 1987, Brunswick’s global partnership has grown organically to 27 offices in 18 countries. We began as a M&A and financial communications firm and, over time, expanded our capabilities to provide expert advice to our clients on a range of business-critical issues. We have invested in new offices, sector teams and practice groups including investor engagement; shareholder activism; governance; regulatory and public affairs, including geopolitical; crisis; litigation; social issues including climate change and diversity, equity and inclusion; cybersecurity, data and privacy; employee engagement; digital communications; opinion research and analysis, and creative services.

Our CEO is Neal Wolin, based in Washington, D.C. Our chairman and founder is Sir Alan Parker, based in London.

Brunswick India

Brunswick set up its India practice in 2013, based in Mumbai but with a capability to service clients throughout the country. We advise international clients new to India, as well as those already in the subcontinent. And we support Indian companies expanding globally - either through acquisitions or capital markets – and on business-critical issues they face within and outside of India. We do this with the support of sector specialists spread across the 18 countries that host a Brunswick practice.

Our India team comprises experts in domestic public affairs, corporate communications and research, underpinning our ability to provide informed corporate relations counsel on a complex range of issues and events such as crisis and litigation, as well as market entry, expansion and engagement.

Opportunity

Brunswick India is looking for a senior individual to join the team. The India team has grown from strength to strength over the last nine years and we have  built strong relationships with Indian companies and MNCs. Our clients are cross-border and leverage several global offers and specialisms from the Brunswick network.

The individual will work collaboratively with regional and local leadership to elevate the firm’s presence in India and will play a pivotal role in building a thriving commercial practice that meets our clients’ needs, advising the boards of organizations on highly complex and critical situations, and driving new business opportunities for our firm.

The position is based in Mumbai and will involve occasional domestic and international travel.
