We’re thrilled to be looking for a Production Manager to join our rapidly growing operations team in Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to our VP of Operations and Customer Experience, you’ll oversee the production process at Brooklinen and be the liaison between our HQ team and global network of product and packaging vendors.

You’re the perfect person for this role if you’re passionate around home essentials, are a clear and concise communicator, and are super detail-oriented.

What you’ll do

  • Manage our network of product and packaging vendors by overseeing payment coordination, invoice reconciliation, and payment term negotiation
  • Create and maintain a product launch calendar, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet planned launch dates 
  • Create and manage the Brooklinen quality initiative by tracking and reporting on defect rates, and problem-solving any production challenges to ensure quality compliance
  • Be the ultimate owner of product catalog management in OMS, WMS, Shopify, & Quickbooks
  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce and Planning & Logistics teams on product launches and communicate if there are any production delays
  • Develop the Brooklinen sustainable packaging initiative for our product packaging; sourcing, planning, and procurement of sustainable packaging and component parts

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in production (DTC experience is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience working with a PLM and PO system
  • Strong project management experience with a track record of being a clear and concise communicator 
  • The ability to be resourceful, highly organized, and a creative problem solver
