Position Summary

To be the “Resident Expert” in all areas of our home building business including construction, finance, local community knowledge, marketing, architecture, pricing and evaluation.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Meet or exceed the sales goals per company business plan, at approved prices.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in the selection and recruitment of superior sales personnel.
  • Assist in motivation and training of all sales personnel.
  • Assist in effectively managing of sales office, models, and model lots.
  • Implement and monitor excellent Realtor programs.
  • Implement and monitor customer referral programs.
  • Implement and monitor excellent customer traffic evaluation system.
  • Effectively and efficiently control processing of all purchase agreements.
  • Coordinate effectively with Construction Department during construction of all homes.
  • Represent the company in various industry, civic, and other public relation activities.
  • Meet or exceed goals of established professional self-development program.
  • Implement and monitor the setting up and disassembling of sales offices.
  • Solve problems with customers on a daily basis.
  • Maintain daily interaction with construction and options departments on any changes or problems relating to sales.
  • Update price books on regular basis.
  • Review sales personnel leads on a weekly basis.
  • Update weekly contingency reports.
  • Conduct all traffic counts and sales updates.
  • Effectively manage all aspects of sales and sales offices, keeping everyone focused on company goals.
  • Give a thorough presentation. Qualify for interest.
  • Give model demo to those that you have determined to be able to buy your homes.
  • Make the customer feel welcome.
  • Follow up with prospects/buyers on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate Agent or Broker’s License with the California Bureau of Real Estate
  • Strong organizational skills
  • General knowledge of new home industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Takes initiative
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office required; FAST, Salesforce, DocuSign a plus
