The Community Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. Responsibilities include: driving the overall sales process, maintaining continual development and implementation of effective and efficient sales and administration programs, providing product and company information, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive leads.
Areas of Responsibility
Welcome/greet all prospects and deliver personalized presentations of our community
Maintain an active role in all aspects of customer service, setting and managing all homeowners expectations through their home buying process
Procuring and following up on sales leads to produce sales
Guiding and advising buyers through the New Home Sales Process
Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork
Obtain and analyze competitive data and give input on how to produce more sales at a greater profit
Able to work flexible hours including weekends
Other duties as required
Outstanding ability to negotiate and close sales
Excellent customer service skills
Persuasive and results oriented
Must possess perseverance, integrity, self-driven and a determination to succeed
Computer skill including but not limited to MS office
Minimum of an undergraduate degree or diploma from an accredited education institution or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Active Colorado Real Estate License and proven track record in sales, Preferably new home sales
