What is the Part-Time Physical Therapist Role?
As a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Brooke, you meet with students individually and in small groups to provide physical therapy services as well as conduct student evaluations and screens as needed. You also maintain, track, and update all required student records including IEP goals and objectives, IEP progress reports, and screening records. You collaborate with others in order to reach the needs of every student by meeting with teachers to provide indirect consultation services.and communicating with families regarding matters of student performance.
This role entails 10-12 hours of work weekly and requires traveling between school sites in the Boston area.
Is This You?
You hold a current license by the MA Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions and have experience working with students with physical needs.
You have the ability to efficiently write comprehensive and informative IEP goals and evaluation reports
