POSITION SUMMARY:
Join Broadvoice as a Business Development Representative and be a crucial part of our dynamic team dedicated to driving new business opportunities in the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) sectors. You will focus on the SMB & Mid-Market segment, working under the guidance of the Business Development Representative Manager and reporting to the VP of Growth. In this role, you will leverage your outstanding communication skills and organizational abilities to generate leads and contribute significantly to our growth.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prospecting: Actively seek new business opportunities in the SMB & Mid-Market sector for UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. Engage with potential customers through targeted prospecting.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify new leads, setting up introductory meetings with key stakeholders.
- Account Research: Perform in-depth research on prospective accounts and contacts to craft personalized outbound strategies and messages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategic Sales and Marketing teams to create synergy and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of lead flow processes and transition strategies to a buying-group centric approach.
- Sales Alignment: Understand and align with the strategic sales processes and methodologies, including BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends and developments in the UCaaS and CCaaS sectors.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. English is mandatory
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in prospecting, preferably in SMB & Mid-Market accounts in the USA.
- SaaS Background: Experience in SaaS, particularly in UCaaS/CCaaS, is highly beneficial.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
