We’re currently looking to add a Programmatic Solutions Specialist to our team. This is a remote position, however we do have a we-work office in Toronto which can be used as you please!
Your day to day will vary but your mission is simple;
- A good understanding of programmatic platforms and advertising (pref DOOH)
- Experience in a customer-facing, technical support role
- Optimize campaigns, deal IDs, and inventory across the SSP and DSP
- Investigate and troubleshoot inventory and campaign delivery issues
- Create campaign proposals and inventory lists based on RFPs and media plans
- Respond or escalate customer requests in the support portal (Intercom)
Of course, if this role to speaks to you, you’re someone who has;
- Knowledge of DOOH industry
- Working proficiency in Spanish
But, more importantly, you’re the kind of person who:
