Britive is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is eager to make an impact in a small but growing team. You will help us build a recruiting organization from ground up and have an immediate and direct impact in its success, while having the opportunity to advance your career in the process.  

Duties And Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Britive's hiring leaders to understand, define and refine targeted candidate profiles 
  • Partner with the business to create dynamic job descriptions 
  • Build, track, and maintain high-quality talent pipelines with niche skill sets via various platforms tools and creative avenues (Google, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack overflow, and other relevant communities) 
  • Conduct market research, develop innovative sourcing strategies, craft compelling outreach, and ultimately conduct candidate phone interviews. 
  • Define, track, and report on top-of-the-funnel metrics including outreach performance and conversion rates. 
  • Be a champion of Britive’s culture/serve as the cultural gatekeeper and ensure the preservation of Britive's core values 
  • Leverage hiring managers and leadership team to ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity, is consistent and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way 
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the process as their champion and confidant, extend well thought out and informed offers, negotiate, and successfully close offers 
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers to guarantee a steady stream of qualified candidates. 
  • Drive internal referral program success 
  • Maintain recruiting process, candidate information and data accurately in our ATS (Greenhouse) 
  • Develop short term pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates 
  • Lead employer branding efforts via various avenues such as partnering with marketing team for recruiting events, participating in employer recognition awards and lists as well as maintaining a consistent and impactful presence for Britive as an employer on all relevant platforms (eg LinkedIn, Glassdoor, BuiltIn etc) 

What we're looking for: 

  • 2+ years of sourcing experience with demonstrated understanding of engineering and go to market roles in a SaaS start up 
  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally including engineering and technical roles 
  • Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques 
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a competitive market 
  • Ability to articulate the Britive value proposition and story to candidates 
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone 
  • Creative mindset and passion for learning how to find diamonds in the rough! 
  • Strong written, interpersonal and consultative skills 
  • Team player, with a high degree of emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and empathy, able to utilize these qualities both in engaging effectively with talent as well as partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Passion for quality and integrity in recruiting process and data
