We seek a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Zenkraft (a Bringg solution) marketing effort. This position reports to the CMO and focuses on Zenkraft’s go-to-market strategy, working with sales teams to compose powerful selling stories, and aligning Marketing Communications and Demand Generation strategies to increase awareness and drive revenue. 

This person must be able to work effectively with other Bringg teams including sales, marketing, product and engineering, and operations. In addition to strong writing, visual, and analytical skills, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the logistics technology industry.  

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and communicate Zenkraft messaging and positioning
  • Build and own all sales presentations, collateral, case studies, etc., and partner with the Bringg Marketing team to develop Zenkraft thought leadership and communications programs
  • Partner with Zenkraft sales team and Bringg Marketing organization to develop account-based demand generation campaigns 
  • Partner with the alliances' team to raise awareness of Zenkraft across partner ecosystems including, Salesforce, systems integrators, ISVs, etc.
  • Work with Salesforce (and other partner) marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing programs 
  • Develop and execute marketing programs including webinars, live events, etc. that increase awareness and drive net new pipeline opportunities and revenue growth
  • Partner with the Zenkraft sales team to develop quarterly and annual go-to-market plans including yearly business goals, marketing strategies, and budget

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Minimum of 7 years of increasing responsibility in B2B marketing roles 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS or logistics technology business required
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics
  • Ability to clearly articulate the company’s brand, story and business value to both internal and external audiences
  • Possesses a high sense of urgency and a strong desire for excellence
  • Excellent writing, visual and presentation/communications skills
  • Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Communication – ability to clearly and simply articulate ideas, framing problems and solutions
  • Unreasonably high expectations and attention to detail
  • Change management - demonstrated ability to drive organizational change
  • Previous experience with Salesforce AppExchange and Salesforce ecosystem preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree plus relevant experience with advanced degree preferred (e.g. MBA, MA)
The salary range for this position is expected to be between $140,000-$170,000 annually. The salary range is determined by experience, seniority, and additional factors.
