Position Title: Marketing Program Manager

Department: Marketing

We’re looking for an outstanding marketing program manager to run our day-to-day global marketing activities. 



  • Plan, produce and manage an extensive, global event calendar 
  • Work closely with the sales team to make sure event kpis are clear and follow-up is properly handled
  • Produce a monthly webinar in cooperation with other teams
  • Produce and manage our weekly nurturing emails and newsletters
  • Produce and manage Bringg’s video production - including customer videos and other marketing video initiatives
  • Work closely with the design team to produce branded collateral for events, customer meetings as well as presentations
  • Manage external vendors related to events, video production, translation, and more
  • Work to optimize and improve the website CRO while making sure the design and content is within our brand language
  • Assist the sales team in preparing & producing for customer and partner events & seminars
  • Consistently evaluate marketing activities and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness 


  • Creative, detail-oriented and hard-working team player with a positive attitude
  • At least 2 years in a similar role at a B2B high tech company, preferably at a startup
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills with English at a mother tongue level
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective working relationships internally and externally
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while keeping a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to quickly learn new marketing technologies and systems
  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Wordpress, GoToWebinar, Salesforce - Preferred
  • Basic Design Skills - Advantage
