Position Title: Account Manager

Department: Sales 

Bringg is looking for a natural leader who has demonstrated success in dealing with operating in a high-growth environment and has the ability to solve complex challenges.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the customer life cycle from implementation through scale to ensure strategic objectives are met and maintained.
  • Ensure all critical success metrics are met and maintained including but not limited to product delivery, product scaling, SLA Performance and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Continuously drive value creation through a deep understanding of our customers strategic vision by partnering in exercises to identify expanded use cases.
  • Manage all go forward commercial discussions including but not limited to renewals and SOW’s.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, and across Bringg, to ensure client needs are being met through exceptional service and high value-added products.
  • Support the development of the long-term vision and strategy for the team, while leading and providing mentorship.

 

  • Qualifications And Preferred Skills
  • 3-5 years of consulting, project management or solutions experience
  • Experience leading sales, customer success and operations in a high-growth technology environment, across a range of industries and customer segments at the enterprise level
  • SaaS, platform solutions or logistics experience required
  • Bi-lingual candidates highly preferred (English, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships with strategic clients and industry thought leaders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, in particular with engineering and product teams to drive product improvements for our clients’ needs.
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to understand and support clients’ business strategies and growth plans
