BrightSign, the global market leader in digital signage media players, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager, Southwest. The Sales Manager, Southwest (Remote) is responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in our Southwest region.  As a Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customer’s needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.  Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client and vendor relationships. This is a technology-centric sales position requiring an ability to grasp and master end-to-end digital signage solutions including displays, media players, various media data types (video, audio, HTML, JPEG, etc) hosted cloud services, content management and advertising applications software, networking and security. Therefore, candidates who possess a strong technical AV / digital signage background, in addition to great sales skills will be given first consideration. 

  • 8-10 years of business development experience with a well-recognized technology-based sales and marketing driven company, reseller or distributor 
  • Extra consideration given for experience at an AV, digital signage, digital advertising, or business solutions product line
  • Experience with complex solution selling and major accounts sales and have worked inside companies with highly evolved, hybrid sales models
  • Experience working with complex, multi-tier distribution channels including VAR’s, distributors, dealers, POP Display companies and system integrators
  • Adept and comfortable with communication channels such as social media, email and can effectively leverage them to establish contact
  • Good knowledge of sales tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
