B2C Marketing Freelancer
An exciting position has arisen for a short-term marketing professional to support our expansion into the German market. This could be an ideal role for an experienced B2C marketer looking for a contract role for six months.

Originally founded in the UK, Bright Network launched in Germany 18 months ago and have built a network of around 50,000 members (students and graduates), whilst connecting them with leading international and German employers.
We’re looking for someone to join our team in the short term to drive forward our marketing efforts in the B2C space, with a focus on member acquisition, SEO and brand building.
More about the opportunity
You’ll be working directly with our International Expansion Director, driving forward our marketing strategy for FY25. This includes:
- Acquire more members through paid and organic channels, including Meta, Google and influencer marketing
- Develop the brand to resonates with the German market and showcases Bright Network as youth focused and modern to its Gen Z audience
- Deliver on an SEO strategy to increase our organic traffic, including building out content on our platform with the support of freelance copywriters
- Work with the Partner Success Team to ensure we’re increasing the number of applications to our employer partners’ jobs
- Increase our social media following and presence across our social channels
- Create brilliant member journeys to increase engagement on the platform
Does this sound like you?
- You’ll be a fluent German speaker with excellent written communication skills in both German & English
- You’ll have studied at a Germany university& have an in depth understanding of the German university system (as well as how graduate careers work in Germany)
- You have 5 years (or more) of generalist marketing experience including digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels including social media, Google ads & email
- You can start immediately and are available for 6 months
- You have a track record of delivering marketing projects & working with agencies to maximise results
- You’re keen to learn from a collaborative team, but also able to use your initiative and work independently within a fast-paced work environment

- Salary: Competitive & dependent on experience
