The Role: 

As our Senior Marketing & Community Executive, you’ll have a pivotal role in engaging and supporting our members and key partners. You’ll be an advocate for our members, fostering a strong sense of community, whilst maximising the overall member experience. You’ll also work closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to manage and support on key campaigns to grow and engage our membership base.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Campaigns - Assist in the planning, execution, and development of key marketing campaigns to grow and engage our members including developing content and deploying email campaigns.  
  • Communications - Work with the whole business to understand key messages and initiatives so that you can communicate these clearly and efficiently to the membership via email and other channels. 
  • Partnership Management – Manage and optimise our education partners (University Careers Services, Societies, and Schools.) Be the key point of contact, manage all communications, run training webinars, and effectively build relationships so they continue as advocates for Bright Network.  
  • Community Management - Take responsibility for maintaining high levels of automation via support for our members. Oversee the day-to-day member support by our contract team, and manage any developments needed to improve our support.  
  • Member Insights – Become a member advocate whilst working with the wider business on research initiatives to uncover insights into member behaviour, satisfaction, and engagement. 
  • Member Engagement - Innovate new ways to engage with our community and elevate the member experience, working closely with product and content functions to deliver focus groups and community-building initiatives.

Does this sound like you? 

  • You have solid experience writing, building and sending email and wider marketing campaigns 
  • You have a passion for customer advocacy and a commitment to enhancing the member experience. 
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • You have fundamental design skills using Photoshop or Canva  
  • You have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams 
  • You enjoy working as part of a wider team and have strong stakeholder management skills, but are also a self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects through to completion 
  • You feel passionately about Bright Network’s mission and embody our values of growth mindset, will to win & trusted to deliver

Key Details: 

  • Salary: £33,000 - £36,500
  • Start Date: ASAP.
  • Location: London, Liverpool Street with hybrid working 

Application & Interview Process: 

  • Initial screening call: 30-minute Zoom call with our Internal Talent Partner 
  • 1st round: 60-minute interview with our Head of B2C Marketing 
  • 2nd round: Presentation and Values & Culture panel interview 
  • Final round: In-person final interview with our Platform CEO and Founder, alongside informal chats with our Head of B2C Marketing and the wider B2C team
