Salary: $105,000-$115,000 (prorated), plus eligibility for end-of-cycle bonus based on firm, team and individual performance

Role accountabilities:
- Keep the apprised of status of all print projects and continually monitoring work in progress to ensure work is on time notifying account and design team members who are late on assigned tasks
- Serve as the “client lead” for all projects, working directly on political and campaign strategy with candidates, campaign managers, etc.
- Engage directly with clients as a lead strategist on political and campaign strategy
- Lead on strategy, concepting and budgeting for your clients
- Develop creative ideas, taglines and concepts
- Work with the production team to secure bids from our print vendors for custom projects
- Quickly identify any disruptions in production and connect with the accounts team to resolve them
- Manage and organize photo shoots and timelines
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of political campaign or political consulting experience
- Experience working in direct mail production and political consulting
- Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues (used throughout the print production process) and strong organization skills for high volume workloads
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to present information and follow up with questions when needed and provide clarity on inquiries from clients and managers
- Ability to work as a self-starter and prioritize urgent tasks along with being able to adjust to continuously changing needs and deadlines for projects
- The ability to effectively problem solve and resolve conflicts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace and project management tools, such as Asana
- Enthusiasm for work that supports Democratic political candidates
