About the Role:

The IT Support Specialist will be based anywhere in the US.  As an IT Support Specialist, you will be providing 1st line support for all Brightinsight End Users and systems. The BrightInsight platform is a cloud-based medical IoT platform for the life sciences industry, and is used to manage, process, and store patient health and medical device data to be used for patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work closely with BrightInsight's Engineering, Customer Delivery, Privacy, Security, Quality teams and other internal stakeholders.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Provide world class 1st line IT support for all our IT systems.
  • Help develop and support our existing tools and solutions, working to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Manage ticket/requests through our ITSM, and resolving issues within SLA
  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Work closely with users at all levels.
  • Work closely with our security team, and maintain a security centric approach in every aspect of the IT service delivery

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

  • 2+ Years in an end user IT support role
  • Understanding of security best practice with regard to IT delivery
  • Experience supporting Mac, Windows, Android and IOS devices
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions, Airwatch (Workspace One) an advantage
  • Experience supporting AV solutions, troubleshooting quality, connections issues. Preferably Zoom Rooms
  • Experience with SAAS Enterprise tools. Okta, Gsuite and Atlassian.
  • Experience working in a fast pace organization
  • Basic understanding of Networking principles.
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to document tasks, tickets and track calls of all issues
