Centrum Health, a part of NeueHealth, a Bright Health Group company, is a leading primary care provider organization focusing on delivering industry-leading quality of care and affordability to the people we serve in Florida, Texas and North Carolina. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior management. To be successful in this role, candidates should be well organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Managing and maintaining calendars and making travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare PowerPoint presentations.
Provide data analysis (must be proficient in MS Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup and other functions.
Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
Answer phone calls or emails for senior management team.
Support multiple executives as needed.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • High School degree or GED • A minimum of 5 years experience working as an EA to C-suite executives • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio • Highly effective communicator in oral and written formats. • Ability to multitask • Attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT The majority of work responsibilities are performed in an office setting. This is not a hybrid role.
