SCOPE OF ROLE
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM solutions. You will spend most of your time consulting directly with our product owners and business stakeholders and developing line of business solutions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with product owner to break down requirements into development task and define backlog items
Create solution proposals, business process designs and business system designs that meet the business needs
Make software configuration changes to support business processes, assist with business workflows and automation
Work closely with development teams to ensure CRM designs are aligned with product owner/business objectives
Develop and review implementation plans with the project manager, product owner, and business stakeholders
Conduct functional testing of implemented applications and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production. Provide post-implementation support
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required.
Four (4) or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role required
Previous experience with Dynamics 365 systems
Demonstrated organizational skills in terms of meeting facilitation and definition of solutions with the business
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to articulate business solutions
