SCOPE OF ROLE
The Business Development Representative has a fearless and outgoing personality and is responsible to assist the Director of Sales team members by responding to an amazing number of leads while sourcing and expanding a strong pipeline of business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. As a Business Development Representative, you will progressively increase expertise and knowledge of our products while collaborating with internal teams to produce and deliver presentations.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage an expanding network of new projects
Actively prospect new sales opportunities
Progressively increase expertise in knowledge of our solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to produce and deliver exceptional presentations
Maintain the CRM (HubSpot) and ensure it is accurate and up to date
Work collaboratively to qualify leads and close sales
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE
BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing preferred, or equivalent work experience required
Background in healthcare, disruptive innovation and/or hospital or health system environments preferred
Two (2) to (4) years experience in increasing sales in technical service required
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to a technical and non-technical audience.
Possess critical thinking skills that allow you to visualize new potentials by identifying, defining and analyzing sales opportunities.
