Senior Product Manager, Accounting and Finance

Brightflow AI is democratizing finance by bringing enterprise-level automated cash flow tools and financial insights to small and mid-sized businesses. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help lead the development of our financial and data products aimed to help e-commerce businesses grow, become healthier and increase access to needed capital.

  • Execute, develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals and market problems
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on needs, trends, and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market 
  • Use strong analytical ability to organize and translate financial data into actionable insights 
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate synthesized learnings simply and effectively to broad audiences
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in front of customers, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter with a growth mindset 
  • Partner with the product team to define new experiments and hypotheses
  • Be a part of a product organization with trust, respect, and a high psychological safety

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on accounting, finance and data
  • Experience building software directly related to accounting and finance problems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

  • High level of interest or experience with accounting, finance, and algorithms

Salary: $143,000-$168,000 DOE. Range provided is for San Francisco, CA candidates. Salary ranges are geo-location dependent and may shift for candidates residing in other states and cities.
