The Opportunity

Brightflag is looking for a passionate data-driven Senior Marketing Manager with ABM experience to develop and execute marketing campaigns. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Saas organisation to put an ABM program in place. You will straddle the line of brand and demand and your work will have a direct impact on the achievement of business goals. To be successful, you will be highly motivated and capable of getting into the weeds, while seeing and executing against strategic business objectives.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account based marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, collaborating closely with SDRs and Sales to drive successful campaigns
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, program, and channels
  • Work in Marketing Automation, CRM, and other tools to build and execute campaigns
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to demonstrate measurable impact and predict lagging indicators

 

Skills & Experience

To be successful in the role, you need:

  • Proven success in developing and executing omni-channel digital strategies for targeted marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels including paid social, ppc, and email
  • Ability to build strong relationships with subject matter experts within the organization and external vendors to align on go-to-market approaches
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing programs, campaign development or related experience in enterprise software at B2B SaaS companies
  • Knowledge on Account-based Marketing best practices and experience developing ABM programs
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms including, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (DV360), and Google Analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation (Hubspot is preferred) and customer relationship management (Salesforce.com) tools to manage campaign execution and reporting
  • Strong skills using Google Analytics to review data analytics and generate reports with insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Highly proactive with the ability to ideate and and propose solutions to meet business needs

We are looking for a candidate who is happy to work a hybrid schedule in the New York office and from home.
