About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Training & Enablement to define, build, and deliver training and enablement initiatives that empower Brightfield’s customers and teams. This role will be responsible for building the training infrastructure, designing and implementing scalable learning initiatives that enhance our customer’s knowledge and skills to maximize their experience with Brightfield’s TDX platform.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with expertise in developing engaging, easy-to-consume training content across multiple modalities—virtual, in-person, and asynchronous. They have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure that our customers and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools and resources needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a global training and enablement strategy for both customers and internal customer-facing teams.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Create and manage training content across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and asynchronous learning.
  • Ensure alignment between enablement programs and the customer journey, providing the right knowledge, tools, and resources at each stage.
  • Leverage LMS and enablement tools to track engagement, measure effectiveness, and optimize the delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate and deliver live and on-demand training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Develop role-specific training for Customer Success, Sales, and other support teams to enhance customer interactions and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain a learning library to provide ongoing access to training resources.
  • Develop deep expertise in TDX and leverage that knowledge to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring training programs evolve alongside product enhancements and directly contribute to product development.
  • Implement certification programs to help customers deepen their expertise in Brightfield’s TDX platform.
  • Continuously analyze training impact using AI and data-driven insights and feedback to refine and improve programs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance enablement initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in building and delivering training and enablement programs at a global scale for customer and internal teams
  • Experienced in delivering training for SaaS and technology companies.
  • Skilled at designing and administering content across multiple learning formats (virtual, in-person, asynchronous).
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the customer lifecycle and the role of Customer Success in driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • A strong communicator who can translate complex information into simple, engaging training experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with design sensibilities that ensure training content is clear and accessible.
  • Proficient in LMS and program management tools to track, measure, and optimize learning initiatives.
  • A collaborative influencer and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

What You’ve Done

  • 8+ years of training or enablement experience, including experience supporting Customer Success teams and direct customer training initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale training programs from the ground up that impact customer-facing teams and customers.
  • Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms and other enablement tools.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Background in fast-paced and high growth SaaS and technology training preferred.
