Brightcove manages and distributes over a hundred million videos and adds hundreds of thousands to that catalog every day. That’s no surprise given the explosive growth of online video but managing that content presents a huge challenge for our clients. Our culture is built on small, collaborative, self-running teams, where everyone has an equal voice and decisions are made analytically. We encourage lightweight development processes that balance craftsmanship with execution. We strive to build engaging products with a rich user experience to meet the needs of and delight our customers. We are looking for an Engineering Manager to inspire their teams to think creatively and work cohesively while ensuring all team members feel supported, motivated and empowered to “shine bright.” If you are enthusiastic about new technology, creative, passionate, curious and eager to contribute we want to hear from you!
