About the Position:

Brevium is entering an exciting phase of strategic expansion and is poised to carve out a dedicated role for a Partnership Business Development Executive. This pioneering position reflects our commitment to deepening our foothold in the healthcare industry through strategic, long-term partnerships. We are looking for a visionary individual who is not just focused on the immediate wins but is invested in cultivating enduring relationships that grow and flourish over time.

As a Partnership Business Development Executive, you will be a member of the team architecting our partnership strategy--focusing on sowing the seeds of collaboration with consultants, synergistic industry vendors, and their teams, as well as exploring avenues with private equity and publicly supported entities. This role is about more than just closing deals; it's about cultivating a garden of opportunities that will blossom into long-term success for Brevium and our partners. You will be at the forefront of this effort, requiring a unique blend of relationship-building prowess, strategic business insight, situational adaptability, and an in-depth understanding of Brevium’s innovative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth by capitalizing on existing and new market opportunities that increase partner referrals, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Identify, source, and build strong relationships with formal and informal partners, acting as the main point of contact for partnership-related inquiries, escalations, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and Head of Marketing on the development and direction of Brevium’s partner program.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with Brevium’s goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration within partner organizations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to drive partner success. Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless integration and implementation of Brevium’s solutions.
  • Partner Enablement: Expand on existing programs and develop new approaches to helping partners find success working with us. In some cases this may mean working with your colleagues in marketing to develop slide decks, one pagers, and other materials to effectively communicate Brevium’s value proposition specific to each partner organization and partnership opportunity. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partner performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities. Use insights to inform partnership strategies and Brevium’s broader team.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Establish governance processes to manage partner relationships effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development or sales within the healthcare industry, ideally among specialties such as dermatology, ophthalmology, allergy, ENT, GI, cardio, Ob/Gyn, GI and urology.
  • Solid Linkedin network within key specialties and related industries
  • Deep understanding of the software technology stack used by targeted specialties.
  • Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with doctors, administrators, healthcare managers, and private equity executives.
  • Proven ability to give compelling product presentations to small and large groups, virtually and in person.
  • Experienced roadwarrior willing to travel nationwide to attend tradeshows and meet with potential partners. Typical travel is expected to be 25%-30% of a given month but occasionally up to 50%. For remote hires a quarterly onsite at Brevium HQ is common.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but all majors will be considered. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Examples of Metrics and what this position requires

Within 3 months

  • Develop a relationship with key stakeholders at Brevium: marketing, account management, sales, management team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively demo the product
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of 4 priority specialties and begin to articulate value.
  • Introductions to existing partner relationships
  • Rapidly recognize Brevium’s ICP and recognize how to elicit this to produce qualified leads.
  • Learn Salesforce and reliably log all related interactions.
  • Articulate how Brevium adds value for partners and make a compelling case for why they should refer to us.
  • Begin attending tradeshows

Within 6 months

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of other specialties such as Ob/Gyn, Cardiology, Urology.
  • Produce partner implementation plan that is showing success
  • Consistently demo 10 potential partners per month
  • Produce 3 or more qualified referrals per month.
  • Show partner led business growth on track to 12-month revenue goal.

Within 12 months

  • Demonstrate the position’s ability to consistently produce $5600 in new monthly recurring revenue going forward.

Compensation Range:

$100-$125k base plus bonus

OTE: $180 - $200k
