JOB FUNCTION: Responsible for overseeing specialized area of the operations of the warehouse.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Leads and Assist with Supervisors, manage assigned personnel by coaching, and reviewing day to day tasks of
  • Actively communicate with warehouse management team on operational
  • Understand the assigned areas allocated resources in order to meet the immediate and long term objectives set forth by the General
  • Ensuring that all customer requirements and preferences are being
  • Participate in ISO/customer audits and ensure the warehouse and all personnel are
  • Address employees when non-policy conformance is
  • Ensuring assigned warehouse area is clean of debris and safety
  • Monitors performance and productivity to maximize operation excellence, which includes service and quality.
  • Any other projects or assignments as directed by

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and exercise sound judgment within established guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficient in Tribute programs of

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 5 years of warehouse experience.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Local Pay Range
$19—$22 USD
