Looking for a Help desk Intern technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on Brennan computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. IT Help desk Intern technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
Job Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by
Walk the customer through the problem-solving
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support
Provide accurate information on IT products or
Record events and problems and their resolution in
Follow-up and update customer status and
Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal
Identify and suggest possible improvements to
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to work in-office 32-40 hours per week during Summer
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong decision making and analytical
