Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence in service.   

Qualifications

  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service Position
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Related field (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in the hydraulic, brass & HVAC adaptor industry via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and product-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Provide detailed information on adaptor specifications.
  • Keep customers informed of order status, shipment details, and any relevant updates.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a more efficient customer service operation.

 

 

 

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.

Local Pay Range
$45,000$55,000 CAD
