Are you a detail oriented and organized self-starter, with a passion for design? The Breeze Marketing Team is in search of a Graphic Designer to help amplify our brand through emails, digital ads, billboards, videos, and sales-supported materials. You’ll join a small Creative Team that collaborates often with internal and external partners to create a variety of highly visible marketing assets. Qualified candidates will be comfortable with tight deadlines and managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll do
Assist with marketing/sales emails, partnership event materials, animated and static paid ads, video content creation, and social media.
Partner with Product to develop menus, assets for IFE, inflight creative, aircraft branding, and airport branding.
Design informational corporate assets, presentation templates, business cards, and other internal campaigns.
Recommend where/how we can improve design across produced materials.
Working closely with the Creative Manager and Marketing Team to ensure messaging and graphic consistency
Act as an internal brand ambassador to ensure consistent adherence to established brand guidelines as it relates to design
Collaborate on ideas that produce creative revenue driving solutions
Self-manage assigned projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Here’s what you need to be successful
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a full-time graphic designer either in-house or at agency
Demonstrated proficiency in design-related software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma)
Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products
Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to Senior Leadership
Highly motivated, self-starter, and come with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Understand color, layout, typography
Excellent communication skills and understanding of the creative process.
Experience in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
