Position Summary
To build on the momentum our Marketing Team is driving, we’re searching for a qualified Social Media Manager to join the team. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with Breeze goals. The Social Media Manager must be an organized, multitasking leader able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Essential Functions
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Plan and manage a social media calendar across multiple platforms
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily while writing creative and clever captions for each post
Ensure brand consistency across visuals and storytelling
Track engagement rates and which posts are doing well through platform analytics, Hootsuite Analytics, and Google Analytics
Lead community management program by interacting and engaging with our online community
Assist with implementing national influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content and networking
Harness storytelling to leverage influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
Be an expert and stay updated with current technologies, trends in social media, design tools, and apps
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field from an accredited university
6+ years of Social Media and Influencer management experience
Proven track record of building social presence and follower growth
Provide a portfolio of previous work including social content, influencer partnerships, and community management
Airline or travel-related industry experience is preferred, but not required
Detailed oriented, self-starter who is highly motivated and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing a team, while still executing and strategizing at the same time
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Self-starter that must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
