WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Braze is looking for a Technical Sourcer to help build the candidate pipeline for our engineering team. Working closely with our technical recruiting team, the technical sourcer will creatively find passive and active candidates and will be responsible for first screenings. The ideal candidate has had experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, and can also bring a high level of process, creativity, self motivation, organization and enthusiasm to the team.
WHAT YOU BRING
At least 1-2 years of experience as a technical recruiter/sourcer (full-desk preferred)
Previous experience working very closely with hiring managers
Sharp technical interview and screening skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and job profiles
