Description:

The People and Organization (P&O) Support Solutions team is seeking an experienced P&O Operations Analyst to support the Braskem America team in providing high-quality operational support to the P&O Business Partners and P&O Centers of Excellence teams on both cyclical and ad-hoc process execution and projects like Oracle HCM and ADP transactions, reporting requests, assisting with audits, tracking & management of employee data and documents.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day support for the P&O team on operational HR matters by providing timely, accurate, and thorough responses.
  • Execute core HCM transactions, new hire entries, transfers, terminations, etc.
  • Collaborate on P&O Projects, including process improvement, system implementation support, payroll support, etc.
  • Support new hires with assigning onboarding package
  • Maintain team member data via HCM and update it as changes occur.
  • Manage and support system integration files across multiple platforms
  • Manage ongoing reporting requests and ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience with HR Operations and employee life cycle processes in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Oracle or similar HR management systems or other similar systems like ADP, SAP, Success Factors, etc.

  • Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills
  • Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
  • Innovative, creative, and results oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
