About the Position


In this position, you will provide 30-35 hours of team support per week

  • FULFILLMENT: You will be responsible for providing high-quality, error-free work fulfillment to team member’s client portfolios and ecosystems, including biographies, websites, social media profiles, microposts, and blog topics, videos, SEO features, and more. 

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION: You will be expected to independently manage your schedule and maintain open communication and collaboration across the team to support the team’s overall success.

About You

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal): You need to communicate effectively. That means you need to be able to write bios and content for your clients, answer complex questions simply and clearly, and articulate the BrandYourself process and message. Customer service and professional writing experience highly preferred.
  • Organization, time management, and attention to detail: You'll be managing a handful of brand new accounts at a time with many moving parts and weekly deadlines. Not only will you need to communicate with these clients, but you'll also need to report back to the team on the exact status of each onboard. You'll have to effectively manage your own time and keep a tight schedule in order to be successful.
  • You care about your work: We are dealing with people's reputations, and they are rightly sensitive about them. One of our competitive advantages is how sincere and transparent we are. You'll need to manage expectations for your clients (results don't happen overnight). We want you to treat your clients' goals as if they are your own.
  • You have thick skin: Our clients come from various industries that we may not be experts in; feedback is absolutely necessary. You must be open to constructive criticism and not take feedback personally, either from team members or clients.
  • You love a challenge: We are a collaborative team and we want people who jump at the opportunity to pitch in wherever they're needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
At this time BrandYourself is working fully remote however, this is subject to change in the first quarter of 2021. This position may be required to work in the office when our physical location reopens safely.
