Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Developer who will be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, advanced customization capabilities, and the ability to create complex process flows to support our growing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Perform regular administration functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and data quality maintenance.
- Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the Salesforce environment.
- Create and manage complex workflows, process builders, validation rules, and custom triggers to automate and optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
- Process Flow Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement complex process flows that enhance operational efficiency and support the firm's strategic goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to align with industry best practices.
- Integration Management:
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and third-party tools.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and other business applications.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize Salesforce analytics tools to track key performance metrics and inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
