What you’ll do:
The Operations Systems Manager will be responsible for managing all supply chain systems for Brandless. Working in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment the Manager will be responsible for supporting the software and systems Operations uses and identify and fix data issues. You will be be the first person to identify data issues with our Operations vendor partners and work to get systems and data flowing appropriately in a timely manner.
You’ll Create Impact By:
Improves systems and processes by identifying constraints and recurring errors and work with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams as well as vendors to define system or process fixes
Ability to understand existing data models/schemas and transform them into business requirements
Provides references for users by overseeing the writing and maintaining of user documentation and training users
Perform analysis of business areas of responsibility to produce overall definitions of work-flow and discern needs currently filled using in-place or proposed solutions
Participate in business process re-engineering projects with the aim of continually improving the efficiency of the business
Working knowledge of Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, ERP, inventory management, and EDI Interfaces
What you’ll need:
5+ years experience in working with Operations systems
BA/BS in Information Systems/Business or other related field
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills
Strong technical writing skills including creation of Functional Specifications
Proven analytics and reporting skills (data mining, excel reporting, analysis)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
