What you’ll do:
As a 3PL Fulfillment Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of warehousing and fulfillment operations for our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. You will be on-site at least 50% of the time to ensure that our partner is meeting our expectations, properly receives and handles inbound product, and has the staffing and training in place to meet our volume expectations and quality standards.
You’ll Create Impact By:
Oversee the day-to-day 3PL operational performance, identifying, measuring, and tracking key logistics metrics to help drive efficiency and ensure customers will receive packages that meet our expectations
Manage 3PL partner to established quality, SLA, and productivity standards
Ensure that cycle counts and physical counts are executed in a timely manner as required by Operation Inventory Management and Finance teams
Work with 3PL partners to properly onboard and off board the warehouses
Partner with Operations,Merchandising, and Marketing leadership to define training and packaging standards and ensure that all 3PL associates understand those standards
Partner with 3PL management to improve existing processes and throughput
Review and approve all invoices
What you’ll need:
7+ years of experience in managing eCommerce warehousing/fulfillment
Experience managing multiple outsourced vendors
Food safety experience required
Excellent understanding of B2C supply chain from supplier to customer
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities and deadlines
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
