Build meaningful relationships with our customers
Become a specialist in all aspects of our product
Be an advocate and ambassador of the Brandless mission on the front lines
Respond to customer services inquiries via multiple communication platforms (Email, Chat, Outbound calls, Social Media)
Meet department, company, and individual productivity goals
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Forwards complicated cases, or those of a more sensitive nature, to the Customer Service Manager
Work with our marketing team to determine trends and develop mitigating actions
Liaise with our distribution centers to ensure all SLA’s are met
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Meticulous attention to detail with an overall passion for continual improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must have analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Doesn't let a challenge affect positive outlook or demeanor
Enjoyment in doing what to takes to help people while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
Work hard - play hard mentality.
High school degree required, BA/BS preferred
