About the Team

The Marketplace Operations & Brand Management team manages the end-to-end growth of our strategic categories, builds ambitious & strategic business growth plans, and partners with other teams to accelerate & amplify the current success of our brands to reach the next level.

What you will do:

  • Analyze product level data, investigate how and why product performance metrics (revenue, margin, keyword rank, TACoS, ACoS)  are increasing or decreasing
  • Manage day-to-day PPC, negative matching, bid and budget changing
  • Clearly articulate data-driven action plans and implement them to improve product performance
  • Daily monitoring of brand's key products & niches on Amazon to ensure products retain badges and adjust in a timely manner to the competitive landscape (price & coupon changes)
  • Partner with the brand manager to produce deeper brand-level and product-level strategies that require cross-functional support from internal teams - Coordinate projects with several teams in order to achieve creative revamps, SEO revamps, change PPC strategies, pricing strategies etc.
  • Produce and maintain daily & weekly reports and coordinate with brand manager on actions to implement
  • Ensure any changes made on seller central reflect on Amazon in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure products are always in stock

Who you are:

  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
  • You have strong collaboration skills and good business sense
  • Experience in managing PPC is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Amazon experience preferred
  • Must have advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
