About the Team: 

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.

 About the role:

We're looking for a talented contractor to be our TikTok Shop Manager. In this role, you drive sales and enhance our social commerce strategy. You will take charge of our TikTok shop, as a new marketing place, from choosing the right products to activating marketing levers to boost sales on the platform. If you are someone creative and ready to manage our TikTok shop, from picking products to creating great promotions this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Manage our TikTok shop's performance, including product selection and promotional strategies.
  • Manage Tiktok shop to drive higher sales for our products
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design TikTok-specific content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analyze TikTok trends and user engagement to guide our social commerce strategies.
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities and improve our TikTok shop's success.
  • Put in place Affiliate strategy to find the right influencers to push our products 

Who you are:

  • Experienced in social commerce, ideally on TikTok, with a knack for creating engaging content and campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a diverse, dynamic team.
  • A Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
