About the Team:

The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers’ location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to inventory management to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more). 

About the role

As Supply Chain Manager (Category Inventory Lead) you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across our worldwide Supply Chain. As our Brands portfolio is growing fast and we have high ambitions to expand business across channels (e.g. Amazon, D2C websites, Walmart, etc.) and geographical locations (USA, Canada, Europe, etc.), you will have the opportunity to solve highly complex problems to delight our customers all around the world. You will work in close collaboration with our Brand Management teams (based in Europe), our 3rd Party Logistics partners (China/US/Europe), our Purchasing team (China), our Operations team (Philippines) and our Acquisition team (Europe). As we are growing fast, you will quickly have opportunities to expand your scope.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the Inventory Planning strategy for your category, to ensure optimum inventory levels across all sales channels and geographic locations under your scope (e.g. define inventory replenishment and reordering targets/parameters)
  • Ensure the execution of the Inventory Planning strategy by the Inventory Analysts/Administrators team in charge of your category (located in the Philippines, reporting indirectly to you)
  • Monitor and report on Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory performance to Brand Management and Supply Chain Leadership teams, anticipate and mitigate any risks linked to Out of Stock or Overstock situations
  • Lead strategic projects to optimize our Supply Chain (e.g. 3PL warehouse performance improvement, Inventory planning tools & processes automation, etc.)
  • Drive Supply Chain Due Diligences for our new brands acquisition (e.g. identify risks/opportunities, build migration plan, etc.) to ensure optimal integration into our operations.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or similar field)
  • From 3 to 6 years of experience in Supply Chain (Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory management, Logistics, etc.). E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced / high ambition environment
  • Ability to drive results through others
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word...) or Google Suite programs
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English
