About the team

The Marketplace Operations & Brand Management team manages the end-to-end growth of our strategic categories, builds ambitious & strategic business growth plans, and partners with other teams to accelerate & amplify the current success of our brands to reach the next level.

About the role

We are looking for a talented graphic designer who wants to further their skills in digital asset design. In this mid-level role, you’ll join a dedicated team, specializing in producing beautiful and highly-converting digital product content for Amazon across high-performing and high-potential e-commerce brands. You need an eye for design and the ability to collaborate, and push for high quality output. You'll collaborate with other departments and present design ideas.

What will you do

  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that design is a key factor in a product's success, working mostly with product development and content teams
  • You will specialize in designing static visuals such as Amazon product pages and storefronts, and other digital and traditional formats.
  • You are to harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace.
  • Perfectness in every pixel is important. You will work together with brand associates to visually safeguard our brands at all times.
  • In addition to making images incredible, you’ll ensure that designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across other formats, dimensions, or language

Who you are

  • Highly creative.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Critical eye for design and ability to push for the best quality and output, while ensuring that designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet project goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas to management
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent experience in the use of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in image manipulation.
  • Positive, energetic, and able to inspire a team to achieve its goals.
  • Preferred experience in Amazon/e-commerce/marketplace industry.
