We are looking for an entrepreneur minded product manager who will be responsible for understanding the needs of business customers and partners for growth and retention.  


You are a highly organized creative problem solver with a desire to create the best experiences to solve impactful market problems for our businesses of all sizes.  You are data driven yet are able to rely on intuition to make decisions in the absence of information.  It will be your responsibility to drive the highest NPS score possible for Branch’s business line of products and services, which include:


  • API Integrations
  • Pay Administration and Management
  • Enterprise White Label Experiences
  • Customer Success automation and self-service  


The ideal candidate will enjoy working across multiple teams to develop strategic initiatives and oversee execution from concept to launch.  Candidates are expected to be able to evaluate market opportunities, develop roadmaps and manage releases at a sprint planning level.  You will also collaborate with other product managers, product marketing and data scientists to develop tests and monitor growth and retention metrics.  


Finally, the candidate must possess high attention to detail, follow through and the ability to work at the speed of a startup - these are all necessary to succeed in this role.


Background in user experience, product marketing or growth marketing is a plus.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with our B2C Product Managers to ensure smooth transitions from Business to End User experiences
  • Work with Product Marketing and Customer Success to prioritize improvements and fixes to the product experience.
  • Work with Data teams to make sure product metrics are properly modeled and reflected in our growth and retention analysis
  • Work with Engineering for workload capacity planning at a sprint level for successful delivery of features and fixes
  • Maintain product personas, problems and feature positioning for business product line
  • Finally, be bold with ideas, share and foster insights to help Branch continue its rocketship growth!
