Branch is seeking a Co-Marketing Lead to build the co-marketing function from the ground up. The successful candidate will  “work backwards” from the Worker experience to identify win/win/win opportunities that (1) accelerate Branch adoption, (2) position the Company–our customer–as the hero to their Workers, and (3) clearly articulate the benefits of using Branch to Workers–our consumers.

Co-Marketing exists to develop and deliver campaigns that unlock the full value of Branch for our largest and most strategic Company customers. To do that, you’ll bridge the customer journey from Sales to Customer Success. You’ll join the Sales cycle to bolster Branch’s value proposition by pitching campaign ideas that ‘wow’ our customers, and join Customer Success during Onboarding to lead the joint execution of those campaigns.


What you’ll do:

Understand Company objectives, conceptualize co-marketing campaigns to meet those goals, sell the campaign, and then flawlessly execute co-marketing campaigns in partnership with the customer to deliver win/win/win outcomes.

  • Make an Impact - own Worker activation as a success metric;
  • ‘Wow’ Customers - bring innovative, win/win/win ideas and be able to sell them to customers
  • Think Big, Move Fast - don’t confine yourself to what’s easy; find a way to deliver ‘wow’  


We’re looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience leading the development of customized marketing campaigns 
  • experience working with agencies (or in-house ones) to create concepts and campaigns 
  • well-rounded experience with marketing channels, and adapting campaigns to channels
  • Experience making data-driven marketing decisions
  • Knowledge of payments industry is a plus
  • Experience in a B2B2C business model is a plus
